The reason WHY I’m so passionate about this mission is because I was once like you.

I suffered a debilitating mental health condition at fifteen which entrapped me in a web of doubt and fear that held me back for twenty years. The constant guilt, shame and anxiety that I experienced eroded my confidence over time.

As I watched my family and friends get ahead in life I was compelled to leave school at sixteen.

That debilitating turn of events in my life resulted in a massive lack of confidence/self-assurance.

Music has always been a calling for me, and recently, confidence coaching for musicians has become an even stronger calling.

I have always aspired to step into the spotlight with unwavering confidence and positively influence lives.

When I was seventeen I decided to enter my first competition.

At the age of eighteen, I received my first musical triumph by winning the Senior All-Ireland Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann for Irish Harp playing.

This initial success ignited a string of accolades, and in due course, I embarked on a formal education, ultimately earning an M.A. in Irish Traditional Music Performance from University Limerick.

Numerous Arts Council of NI Awards for my projects and two teaching diplomas followed and then I became Certified in Coaching.
